Butter Lettuce Orange Shrimp Wraps

Serves Four
Ingredients
• 2 heads Butter Lettuce
• 1 Lb. Shrimp, peeled, deveined
• 3.5 oz. Red bell pepper, julienned
• 3.5 oz. Carrots, shredded
• 3.5 oz. Scallions, chopped
• 2 oz. Fresh cilantro
• 2 oz. Roasted peanuts, chopped
• 9 oz. Rickard’s White Orange Citrus Glaze
Directions
In a skillet sauté shrimp over medium heat for 5 minutes, add julienned vegetable and Rickards’ White Orange Citrus Glaze and set aside. Wash butter lettuce leaves and place equal amounts of shrimp mixture on each individual leaf. Top with fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts and serve with extra Rickard’s White Orange Citrus Glaze on the side for dipping.
