Maintain your building exterior

It is true that you only get one chance to make a first impression. A potential customer’s first exposure to your operation occurs when they see the exterior of your facility. Too often, the exterior property is neglected creating a negative image. Paint and stain that have not been updated, burnt out lights that have not been replaced, landscaping that has not been maintained and parking facilities that are poorly marked and full of litter suggest that management does not show the care and attention to detail that guests would expect. The risk of visiting a new establishment must be reduced for guests by constantly upholding high standards and communicating this attitude through the presentation and condition of the physical facilities.
