OTEC is pleased to invite you to the upcoming Recruiting and Retaining a Diverse Workforce workshop- March 29th at the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre.
 
This full-day professional development event for tourism and hospitality business owners, supervisors and managers will review the costs, benefits and legislative requirements of several diversity recruitment methods. Participants will receive tools, resources, and learn best practices from leading businesses on how to create and maximize a diverse workplace in a tightening labour market.
 
This management-level workshop, valued at $249.00, will be provided free of charge through collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC). Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all participants.
